Our robes are designed to fit oversized. Models are wearing size S/M. Choose your usual size for the intended relaxed fit.

Return & Exchange policy
We want you to love your Settin’ Rules pieces. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
Robes
Robes are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees, in addition to a 100 EGP cleaning fee.
Pouches
Pouches are eligible for return or exchange as long as they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the applicable shipping fees.
Pillowcases & Hair Bonnets
For hygiene reasons, pillowcases and hair bonnets cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
If you receive a defective item, we will happily replace it at no additional shipping cost.
The courier will collect the defective item at the same time your replacement is delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once confirmed by our team, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or exchange at no additional shipping cost.
Important
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
Shipping fees and the 100 EGP robe cleaning fee are non-refundable where applicable.
